Is this a good trade?

I am in a 12 team PPR league, and I have just proposed a trade to another team. I offered him Tom Brady and Eddie Royal for Donovan McNabb, Frank Gore, and Mike Sims-Walker. My other QB is Jay Cutler, my other RBs are Matt Forte, Kevin Smith, Tashard Choice, and Laurence Maroney, and my other WRs are Calvin Johnson, DeSean Jackson, Mario Manningham, Hakeem Nicks, and Mohammed Maquoi. I think Brady will be average the rest of the year and I'm trying to sell high. I need RB help b/c Forte and Smith have been kind of disappointing. Sims-Walker is a nice bonus addition, he's been playing like a No. 1 WR so far. Is this a good deal for me?
