Carmen Winstead ghost?

I got this email from one of my mates saying how this girl called Carmen Winstead was pushed down a sewer opening by some girls. i don't believe in all that chain mail crap but at the end of the email apart from saying you'd die if you didn't send it on it said 'if you don't believe this then google her name. You'll find it to be true' and i did but i can't find much about her. Can someone please tell me what its all about. thanks guys x
