Weird Question! But please i need answers quick?

Ok i know this sounds weird but since ive gotten pregnant my skin has become extremely sensitive to lotions and even shaving...I get red bumps on the inside of my thighs and i was wondering what helps that go away fast....Its like little red bumps that get little yellow heads to them...ewww.sry...But what makes that go away and fast..Please help... This is very serious to me...
