How can i get hair like this....?

OK you have long st right hair. All you need to do is go to someone who perms hair, say that you want a perm and all you have to do is go to Target, Walmart,Shopco,etc.That sells Garner Furtice and it's called stay in conditionar. And you curle your hair and put that in and bam their you go.
