CD-ROM Drive isn't shown in "My Computer" but DVD-ROM Drive is and can't play CD's. Please answer!?

BD stands for Blu-ray disc. Your drive is broken. If your laptop is still under warranty, get warranty service. If it's not then you'll have to replace the broken drive with a new one.
