Need information about divorce in India.?

You cannot get a divorce within the 1st 3 year of marriage unless you can show hardship -ie husband whacks the wife to near death.if there is no love in the marriage , let it go.Accusations can be multiplied but in the end it is the motive of both whether to live or seperate.
