Did he go from casual fling to wanting relationship?

We first met months ago, reconnected 1 month ago, had within 1 wk, I thought it was NSA on both sides. Since then, I've hung out every day with him and/or our mutual friends. We don't talk about "us." I am now interested in him and worried about having so early, but haven't figured out his thoughts on that or his intentions. Mixed signals I get: he wants to be with me all the time, has said he likes me a lot when drunk (he doesn't remember) and in a less straightforward way when not drunk, tickles my stomach/sneaks a feel occasionally in public, teases me about being a slut in public, gentleman when we're alone, remembers things that I say, told his family about me, attentive during , no cuddling after , wonderful to talk to. I knew what I was getting into so I don't hold him to anything, but my initial attraction is much more than a fling and was wondering where you guys think he stands. I've been trying to keep it light, and will eventually just ask him but not ready.
