Clic Country Artists?

I am a fan of a lot of old school country artists. Johnny, Waylon, Merle, Willie. Hank Jr. ect. Who are some of your favorite artists from that generation. Not looking for popular mainstream artists. I'm looking for some of the lesser known artists that I haven't heard of that have similar styles
