A cat question. In or out?

I have an indoor cat and she regularly enjoys her outside "play area" when im busy doing things and don't want her locked up all day with no one there. she loves laying in the sun or chasing little insects that crawl in there i also have some plants in there so she can climb and scratch like if she was in the wild. Most days though i take her out side with me( hanging up washing ect) , I just put on her harness with a reallllllyyy long leash so she can roam around my back yard. The best cat is an indoor cat but they are animals and the do need a little outside time.
